The Disco Chalet
A little old-school, a little mountain wild. Your groovy little basecamp in the heart of Old Town Steamboat, where deep powder, mountain sunsets, and questionable dance moves are all part of the plan.
Come stay in a home that never quite left the good part of the seventies: exposed brick and warm oak, velvet and brass, and a disco ski boot catching the candlelight.
Two thousand four hundred square feet of remodeled western chalet, framed by Steamboat's peaks. Cook together, gather around the fire, then draw the curtains and cue the music.
A little old-school. A little mountain wild. A whole lot of Steamboat.

Where you'll sleep
Good to know
Quiet hours after 10 PM: a full-time neighbor lives above the detached garage, so we keep the after-hours disco strictly indoors.
Old Town, on foot.
207 Park Avenue sits among full-time locals in the most walkable pocket of Steamboat Springs: restaurants, breweries, and the Yampa River all a short stroll from the front door.
Disco nights, and slow mountain mornings.
What to do.
A few of our favorites, year-round.
Steamboat Resort
Access ten minutes by car: ski in winter, bike and scenic lifts in summer.
Yampa River & Core Trail
Tubing, fly fishing and miles of paved trail right along the water.
Old Town Dining & Breweries
Steamboat's best restaurants and taprooms, all within a short walk.
Strawberry Park Hot Springs
Natural hot springs pools tucked in the woods, a scenic drive from the house.
Steamboat Pro Rodeo
Summer nights of bareback, barrel racing and bull riding, seventeen minutes on foot from the house.
Farmers Market
Summer Sundays on Yampa Street: produce, art and live music downtown.
